About me:

Hi! I am Luisa,

I come from Venezuela, in South America, where the influences of Spanish, African and Indigenous music and dances formed the perfect amalgam of rhythms and moves.

From very young age I've been dancing, and my background is Latin-American Folklore and Flamenco.

Since I found about Zumba work-out in the UK my life has changed.

I want to share the experience of getting the exercise, dripping in sweat and having fun and joy while the amazing music is playing.

The music is so inspiring!
